This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our Website or Web app and not to information collected offline. By using our Web app, the Website, the Google Chrome Extension or by accessing any piece of communication material created by the Software you consent to this privacy policy. Fready may change this privacy policy and you are urged to review them on a regular basis. If you continue to use our Website after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide more prominent notice or obtain your consent as required by law.

Users must keep their username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. We will only provide Users with instructions on how to reset them. ‍

What choices do you have about your information?
‍ If you have a Fready account, many of the choices you have about your information are built directly into the product or your account settings. For example, you can: ‍ 1. Access and change information in your profile page at any time, and choose whether your profile page is available to search engines; ‍ 2. Link or unlink your Fready account from an account on another service (e.g., Facebook or Twitter). For some services (like Facebook), you can also choose whether or not to publish your activity on Fready to that service. ‍ 3. Close your account at any time. When you close your account, we'll deactivate it and remove your content from our Web Application. We may retain archived copies of your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (including to help address fraud and spam). ‍ 4. You may have choices available to you through the device or software you use to access our Web application. For example: The browser you use may provide you with the ability to control cookies or other types of local data storage; To learn more about these choices, please see the information provided by the device or software provider. ‍

Retention of Data
We retain Personal Information where we have an ongoing legitimate business or legal need to do so. Our retention periods will vary depending on the type of data involved, but, generally, we'll refer to these criteria in order to determine retention period: ‍ 1. Whether we have a legal or contractual need to retain the data. 2. Whether the data is necessary to provide our Services. 3. Whether our Users have the ability to access and delete the data within their Fready accounts. 4. Whether our Users would reasonably expect that we would retain the data until they remove it or until their Fready accounts are closed or terminated. ‍ When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. ‍
